Enliven Social Care was created to enable and facilitate service users to achieve maximum quality of life irrespective of age, disability, cultural, spiritual, sexual, linguistic or religious individuality and to cater for individuals with special needs, mental health disabilities, homelessness and people seeking refuge from abuse.
Our Story
Our main goal is to provide a safe and zen environment to provide the highest level of care and support for individuals and the community at large. The mission of the founders is to create an environment of respect, compassion, integrity, excellence, innovation and stewardship to promote service users independence and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every service user through integrated health and social practice and research.
We offer supported housing services, Domiciliary care and Complex care services to assist service users live a full and independent life, we help and support individuals to gain essential life skills irrespective of their disabilities and status.
We offer a variety of tailored support services to meet the needs of the service users to enable them live independently to achieve their individual goals and targets- whether to socialise and make new friends, get jobs, have their own home and etc.
